A. General rules
The rules below apply to all bonuses, spins and promotions at Thunder Bay Casino.
Each offer also has its own details. If those details differ from these rules, the offer's details apply. Our Player Agreement covers everything else.
B. Maximum bet with a bonus
A bet cap applies while you play with bonus funds.
You will see the maximum bet listed with the offer terms when you claim it. Going over that limit can mean the bonus is removed, plus whatever it has won.
C. One bonus at a time
Your account can carry a single bonus at once.
Before you claim another bonus, complete or cancel the active one, or wait for it to expire.
D. Bonus abuse and voiding
Our offers exist for enjoyment, not for exploiting the system.
We may void a bonus, along with what it has won, in any of these cases:
- more than one account per person or household used for offers;
- low-risk betting patterns, for example betting on both outcomes at once;
- use of false details or a payment method belonging to someone else;
- use of faults in games or offers.
E. Who can take part
Offers are for verified players aged 19 and over only.
To claim, your account must be verified and you must be in a part of Canada where local law permits online play. In Ontario, offers appear only once you have created an account and logged in. Players who have self-excluded or picked a cooling-off period cannot take part.
F. Maximum conversion
Some offers cap the cash you can keep from them.
Some offers limit the bonus winnings you can convert to cash. When they do, the offer details list that limit, and any amount above it is lost when wagering is complete.
G. Opting in
You choose which offers you want.
Claim an offer from your account before or when you deposit. Nothing is added without your say. Thunder Bay Rewards also works on an opt-in basis, so you pick the rewards you want.
H. Wagering and game types
Wagering is the full amount of bets you place before bonus funds can become cash.
Our welcome offer requires 10x wagering on the bonus and its winnings. The offer details show how much each game type contributes to wagering. Slots generally contribute the most, while table games and live games contribute less or nothing at all.

J. Expiry
Watch the clock on every offer.
The welcome offer must be claimed within 7 days of registering, and its wagering finished within 90 days. Once time is up, any unused bonus and its winnings are taken away.
K. Changes
We may adjust or end offers, fairly.
